The problem
CoreDux makes high-grade gas systems and flexible piping for the high-tech industry. The work demands intensive contact with a small number of key accounts, and precisely because of that a large amount of technical and commercial customer knowledge builds up. It was spread across Teams conversations, meetings and documents, and so mostly in the heads of the people who were there. Preparing a meeting meant gathering everything, the historical overview per customer was missing and what was happening at one customer went unused at the others. At the same time, CoreDux wants to respond more proactively to where its customers are heading.
The solution
We set up one central, secure place where these sources come together and can be searched and analysed with AI, in CoreDux's own EU cloud, so no data leaves. On top of that we built three workflows for the commercial and technical team: weekly automatic briefings per key account based on current communication, analysis across the whole customer portfolio to spot overlapping opportunities, technologies and solutions between customers, and with one click a customer evolution document with the full historical context as preparation for a stakeholder meeting. The AI drafts, and the team decides what to do with it.
The result
The pilot is running. We are working towards a clear overview per account, meeting preparation in minutes rather than hours of searching, and cross-pollination between customers that is nearly impossible today. What we find most interesting is the view of the blind spots. Because all customer communication comes together, CoreDux also sees what is not yet on the table, such as topics alive at one customer that have never come up at the others, or questions every customer asks without anyone noticing the pattern. That gives CoreDux a customer memory it can use to get ahead of customer questions.
